To celebrate the Day of Service on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, the SCA and PTA worked together to collect toiletries.  They put boxes in each classroom so students could bring toiletries to school (and they had a huge amount of donations!).  On the Day of the Service, they invited families, students, and staff members to join them in the cafeteria to collect the items donated and put them into bags to give away to people experiencing homelessness.  They also worked on cards for nursing homes.
