End of Year SMARTR Outcome
Reading Goal
By June 2020, the (unadjusted) percentage of all 3-5 students passing the Reading SOL will increase from 68.61% to 80%, and the (unadjusted) percentage of SWD will increase from 37.5% to 65%. .
Strategy 1
- Analyze data in a timely manner in order to make meaningful instructional planning decisions.
Strategy 2
- Refine instructional planning and implementation in a differentiated way (i.e. differentiation within the focus lesson, guided reading, conferring).
Math Goal
By June 2020, the (unadjusted) percentage of all students passing the math SOL will increase from 84.42% to 90% with (unadjusted) percentage of SWD for 67.5% to 80%.
Strategy 1
- Analyze data in a timely manner in order to make meaningful instructional math planning decisions.
Strategy 2

Refine instructional planning to more consistently include authentic, real-world tasks (i.e. math stations, focus lessons) and deepen students’ PoG communicator skills.
Strategy 3

Explore structures to provide students access and opportunity to advanced math curriculum.
Attendance Goal
By June 2020, the percentage of K-5 students with high rates of frequent absences identified as Tier 2 and Tier 3 in EDSL will decrease from 9% to 6%.

- Implement monitoring, outreach and accountability with regard to attendance.
